The Enclaves, a one-of-a-kind Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence, sought out Brand Tango’s expertise in luxury hospitality to draw interest and drive awareness to their 2,000-acre master-planned community in the extraordinary enclave of Puerto Los Cabos, Mexico. A majestic coastal oasis of ultra high-end single-family homes and exquisite condominiums with exclusive access to a world-class marina, private beach clubs, Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman signature golf courses, and a 12-acre cactus botanical park, The Enclaves was conceived to offer the most discriminating owners a lifestyle of luxury and privacy.

To properly represent this developing work of art, Brand Tango created its own work of art with this two-part brochure and follow-up direct mail piece. Printed on watercolor paper, each image and word were carefully curated to evoke the breathtaking natural beauty of the surrounding Sea of Cortez and Sierra de la Laguna Mountains. The brochures not only do justice to the spectacular setting, but they also clearly define the heightened lifestyle attainable at this Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences property. With a beginning sales price of $4.2 million, the marketing efforts behind these incredible residences are meant to target only the most discriminating of consumers.
The larger The Enclaves brochure was intended as a purely inspirational piece, while the smaller West Enclave brochure provided potential buyers with property specifics. The follow-up direct mail piece was intended to remind interested parties of the luxurious lifestyle that awaits them at the water’s edge. With the help of these luxuriously appointed marketing pieces, the developer generated enough excitement in their target audience to open sales in West Enclave in April 2016 with a limited collection of 27 single-family residences, following $70 million in pre-sales.
