In Brand Tango’s first of many ongoing collaborations with Club Wyndham, we activated the vibrant Austin culture to engage visitors in a buying environment comprised of enchanting physical spaces and newly established brand rituals meant to inform and inspire every touring guest. As visitors embark on their vacation ownership journey, the sales center engages them with a captivating storyline that infuses personality, emotion and interactivity, which eliminate the need for high-pressure sales tactics. Unlike a typical sales center, this is a place where they will participate in their discovery of how the world’s largest vacation network can help them write their own story.

Moments of discovery and delight captivate guests and encourage them to write their own incredible story.

These “wow” moments aren’t just about the city of Austin, but about how Club Wyndham does Austin. They give guests an opportunity to discover all the new and amazing experiences they can enjoy with Club Wyndham in breathtaking destinations around the globe. From the Bold and Fresh – No Bull coffee bar and custom graffitied guitar lights to the magnetic world board that invites guests to write down their dream vacation destination and attach it, there is a light-hearted and communal vibe that permeates the space and works to put guests at ease. This is certainly not your typical timeshare sales environment and when all the guests are taking pictures and sharing them on social media, you know you’ve done something right.

Brand Tango’s complete redesign of this brand experience center has proven to be a huge success. By appealing to guests on intellectual, artistic, and emotional levels, we put them in a more relaxed and open frame of mind – excited and ready to write their own story with Club Wyndham. As a publicly held company, Wyndham Destinations declines to make exact sales results available, however they attribute a nearly 2 percent increase in VPG (Value Per Guest) to these new sales tools.
